Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at allaboutthegrilles@fullbay.com with details of the product and the alleged defect or mistake. Please submit this request within 10 days of receipt of the original item. We will promptly review all return or exchange requests.
If your return or exchange request is accepted, we will give you instructions on how to proceed with your refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us either without having followed the above process or which have not been approved by us for return or refund, will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return or exchange question at allaboutthegrilles@fullbay.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you got the wrong item and would like to do an exchange, please reach out to us to get this set up at allaboutthegrilles@fullbay.com.
Refunds
We will notify you and let you know if a requested refund or exchange was approved or not. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
